The Institute employs 128 associates, primarily electrical and computer engineering graduates and technologists, of whom 18 have PhDs, and ten have master's degrees. Seventeen have a scientific title, and four have a research title.

 

The Institute is constantly open to the reception of young researchers and experienced engineers with work experience in power engineering. The employees within the Institute, in the conditions of advanced scientific infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, and the help of experienced mentors, can acquire new knowledge and realize progressive and innovative ideas.

 

Gender equality

On September 28, 2023, the Nikola Tesla Institute adopted the Plan of the NIKOLA TESLA INSTITUTE OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING JOINT STOCK COMPANY BELGRADE, University of Belgrade for achieving gender equality for the period 2024-2026.
