Personnel structure

The Institute employs 126 associates, primarily electrical and computer engineering graduates and technologists, of whom 13 have PhDs, and nine have master's degrees. Thirteen have a scientific title, and six have a research title.

The Institute is constantly open to the reception of young researchers and experienced engineers with work experience in power engineering. The employees within the Institute, in the conditions of advanced scientific infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, and the help of experienced mentors, can acquire new knowledge and realize progressive and innovative ideas.
